Ashley Ernst

Ashley has extensive experience in the Aspen/Snowmass real estate industry. She began her career as a front desk staff member in 2007, then advanced to office manager, licensed broker assistant and eventually managed a large rental division in Snowmass Village. Since 2014 she has worked as a member of a sales and rental team. In transitioning over to Douglas Elliman, Ashley has moved into the position of Broker Associate where she focuses primarily on residential sales, along with a handful of luxury vacation rentals.

Ashley has transacted over $58,000,000 in real estate and brokered over $5,000,000 in vacation rentals. She grew up in St. Louis, MO. and played D1 varsity field hockey at the University of Michigan, where her team won the national championship in 2001. Ashley is the treasurer of the Aspen Board of Realtors, the President of her HOA, and is a volunteer member of The Next Generation Advisory Board. She has an eye for staging, an unrivaled work ethic and a knack for matching people with properties.
